# Horizon

> Horizon puts a local server on a public HTTPS URL. Install the CLI with "npm install -g @hrzn/cli", sign in with "hrzn login <account-id>", then run "hrzn tunnel http://localhost:3000 -s my-app" to get https://my-app.hrzn.run. Use it to test webhooks on localhost and to share work in progress.
